THE THEORY BEHIND THE » TRIOMINOS « GAME ...

I found this unusual DOMINO GAME in a flea-market in Berlin. My
first question was: "Is it complete?" - No information was given.
The POSSIBLE COMBINATIONS are fare more than the 56 PIECES found.
Trying to find a reason for the game-inventor's decisions ...
(1st)
Discovery: When placing the lowest figure (= Z) on the bottom, the
following figures on the triangle are ordered clockwise UP (*) ...
(2nd)
There are no counter-clockwise (= mirrored ) pieces in the set !!!
(3rd)
Interpreting the figures as COORDINATES ( Z, X, Y ) ...
... When ordered in Z-Layers, it becomes the shape of a TETRAHEDON
with its top piece ( 5, 5, 5 ). It is complete with 56 PIECES ...
