This historic wooden » Model 14 « has a reciprocal scale 1/X.
On its back side is a table with physical constants. It came in a
black cardboard case: The "/1" on the CASE refers to 1 HAIRLINE
on the cursor.
There is a VERSION (A) in the collection:

This slide rule is smaller & shorter, has NO "Extended Scales",
and has NO 1/X SCALE - but it came with a 3 HAIRLINE CURSOR in
a black cardboard case.
