HOW TO REPAIR THE OLD COIL-CORD CONNECTIONS:
For flexibility, every "ONE" of the 3 wires consist of many threads
of thin wires, wound around nylon strings. There is no way to solder
these wires direct. Cut the damaged cable away. Remove 2" of outer &
1/4" of the inner insulation. Use a very thin cupper wire and wind it
around the multi-wire ends. Now with COLOPHONIUM-CENTERED SOLDER-WIRE
solder the ends - and you will have electrical connectionable wires.
