Every 1/4-HOUR is a (shorter..longer) GLOCKENSPIEL with 8 HAMMERS.
At FULL HOURS continued by a 3-HAMMERS COUNT-OF-HOURS.

There is a SWITCH on the right side:
QUIET-NIGHT  <=>  CHIME (A)  <=>  CHIME (B)  <=>  CHIME (C)
( Chimes are stored PARALLEL on the HAMMER-ACTION-CYLINDER. )
(A) = Whittington ;   (B) = St.Michael ;   (C) = Westminster
