ENTER A NUMBER:
---------------
The actual number of digits entered shows on the slot above the
keyboard. If wrong digits are entered, push the left slider to
clear the keyboard.

ADDITION:
---------
Everytime a number is entered and the handle is pulled, the number
is printed and added to memory.

REPEAT:
-------
To enter the same number more than once, press the top-left green
key (x) before pulling the handle. The keyboard will not be cleared
after releasing the handle. To release the (x) key: Press & Pull.

SUBTRACTION:
------------
Enter the number and press the top-right red key (-) before pulling
the handle. Because the (-) key will be released after printing, it
is not possible to repeat negative numbers.

NON-ADD:
--------
Enter the item number and press the gray key (#) before pulling the
handle. This item number is printed, but it is not part of the
addition/subtraction cycle. 

SUBTOTAL:
---------
The cumulated sum will be printed when the gray key (S) is pressed
before pulling the handle. The memory will hold the actual sum
after releasing the handle.

TOTAL:
------
The total sum will be printed when the gray key (T) is pressed
before pulling the handle. The memory will be cleared after
releasing the handle.

CHANGING THE PAPER ROLL:
************************

o  Pull the holder clip on both ends and lift the paper roll.
o  If necessary push the upper-right silver lever to release the
   paper feeder and pull out the paper.
o  Clip the new paper roll in the holder so that the paper end
   comes from bottom.
o  Push the upper-right silver lever to release the paper feeder
   and push the paper end into the rear slot until it can be seen
   in the front window.
o  Feed the paper under the cutter and adjust it.
o  Pull the upper-right silver lever to tighten the paper feeder.
o  Tighten the paper roll.
o  The upper-left silver lever determines the line feed (0-1-2).

CHANGING THE RIBBON:
********************

o  Press the green arrow and open the back-cover.
o  Observe how the ribbon is spooled!
o  Change the ribbon.
o  Snap back the cover.
