A HOME MADE CHESS GAME ...

   From the end of the '60s into the '70s I designed and carved
   a CHESS GAME out of wooden square-beams. The pawns I made so
   simple, that they also could be used for CHECKER - I made 12
   in each "color".  Observe the "Twist" of the figures:  The
   head shows the directions alowed to move ( also the knights:
   "strait-jump-strait" )  and their hight shows their values
   ( " 2 Bishops are stronger than 2 Castles " ) ...
