This Circular SR came in a black soft-plastic case  as a gift of
» SHELL PETROCHEMICALS «  -  It has NO MODEL NO.,  but the FRONT
SIDE is identical to  "MODEL 28"  of the  » PAN_AM «  Version.

The BACK SIDE has a Reference Table like  MODEL 28N  Version(A),
but here the CURSOR goes around.
