There are 3 Model 57/87 in the Collection:

Newer Version (C)

Production Code = 573 = May 1973

has a blank inner body.  The cursor's spring is removable
( cleaning! ) and has BLACK MARKS (q, kW, PS / kW, d, PS).
It came in a green/beige plastic case with a booklet.

Older Version (A)
Production Code = 4 66 = April 1966

is named  » RIETZ SCHUL-RECHENSTAB «  in the inner body.
Its cursor has RED MARKS (q, kW, PS / kW, d, PS) and a
fixed spring.  It came in an acrylic case.

Newer Version (B)        NOT SHOWN

Production Code = 1170 = Nov. 1970

This slide rule has the same scales and model number as
Version (A) - But it is named  »RIETZ«  only.  Its cursor
has BLACK MARKS (q, kW, PS / kW, d, PS).  It came in a
GREY plastic case with a booklet.
