[1] Open the Metal-Case from the BACK SIDE:
Turn the (2-Hole-)LOCK ( see Pic [4] ) 90 Degrees and PULL-IT-OUT -
Lift the HandSet-Holder - Lift the COVER ...
[2] Get access to the DIALER: Loose the Top-Screw ...
[3] START FUNCTION-TESTS by place back the HandSet-Holder.
See the BRONZE-LEVER on the Dialer !!! It had to be adjusted !!!
When HandSet is placed, the Bronze-Lever activate a LOCK of the Dialer
[4] !!! Shows the activated Dialer-Lock !!!
[5] The central screw on the bottom opens the CONNECTIONS to Line & HandSet
[6] The old fabric cable of the HandSet was broken on more locations and
had to be replaced by an "old-looking" new cable. Observe the LOCK !!!
[7] The new cable is locked by a TOOTH-PICK !!! instead of Cross-Screw !!!
[8] TUNING the Telephone Hear-Capsule: !!! Observe the (2-Hole-)SCREW !!!
locking the COUNTER-Ring. Remove the LOCK ...
Turn the COUNTER-Ring down - Now the MEMBRANE-Holder can be adjusted
relative to the E-Magnets ... until the receiving is optimized. Turn
the COUNTER-Ring against the adjusted MEMBRANE-Holder and LOCK again.
OBSERVE IN PICTURE [8] that HANDLE-ENDS are missing the Metal-Rings.
Last Job of Restoration: MADE RINGS out of Stainless-Steel-Sheets -
