R E M A R K S T O R E S T O R A T I O N ... ====================================================================== HOW TO REPAIR THE OLD COIL-CORD CONNECTIONS: For flexibility, every "ONE" of the 3 wires consist of many threads of thin wires, wound around nylon strings. There is no way to solder these wires direct. Cut the damaged cable away. Remove 2" of outer & 1/4" of the inner insulation. Use a very thin cupper wire and wind it around the multi-wire ends. Now with COLOPHONIUM-CENTERED SOLDER-WIRE solder the ends - and you will have electrical connectionable wires.
