Have a look at the TOUCH TONE VERSION ... It was designed to fit on a bedside table. It has a NIGHT LIGHT FEATURE ( illuminated dial ), but the 6.3 V light bulb requires an EXTERNAL TRANSFORMER, plugged into an outlet. There is an ON/OFF switch for the lamp on the back side and the ringer volume can be dimmed with a switch on the bottom side. The LIGHT-BULB sits in a HOLDER and is accessable from the bottom by the turn of a penny ... In the center of the rotary dial was a two-sided label found ...
