With this little DIAL-LOCK it was supposed to lock the telephone
against unwanted use ...

BUT (1st) With locking the "2" it was possible to dial the
          "112" = FIRE & EMERGENCY NUMBER in Germany

BUT (2nd) As a trained student of "Communication Engineering",
          you know the rhythm how to HIT THE FORK to make the
          DIAL-PULSES of the number you needed NOW ...
