H O W   T O   O P E N   T H E   C O V E R  ?

I T   I S   A   P U Z Z L E :    N O   V I S I B L E   S C R E W S !

(1) Flip the calculator on its back side
(2) Remove the 4 SCREWS in center of the feet
(3) Lift the BOTTOM and shift it to the side
    until the hooks ( from the back-sheet ) get it free
(4) Pull ( or catch! ) the FRONT-SHEET
(5) Put the SCREWS BACK in the body to give the
    gears CLEARANCE in the maintainance procedure
(6) To remove the KEYBOARD-COVER ...
    (a) Loose the 3 SCREWS in front
        ( ATTN.: The right one is shorter )
    (b) Lift the FRONT PART
    (c) Pull the 2 (round) LEVERS right & left
        and simultaniously lift the BACK PART right & left;
        REMOVE the keyboard-cover
(7) Place the calculator on its "SCREW-FEET";
    Flip and unhook the BACK-SIDE over its TOP-AXLE
(8) Remove the ( clipped ) SIDES to the right & left
    Catch! the TOP-AXLE
(9) To remove the CARRIAGE ...
    (a) Remove the 4 SCREWS of its cover from its under-side;
        Remove the cover
    (b) Remove CLIPS & WASHERS of the 2 AXLES
        on its LEFT SIDE
    (c) Observe the position of the levers on side
        & the pipe-piece on top!
        Pull the AXLES out to the right side
    (d) REMOVE the carriage

R E M A R K   ( After mounting the carriage ) :
To put the cover back, START with mounting the TOP-AXLE
and fold the back-sheet around ...

(A) Found PARTS BROKEN & PARTS MISSING on the top right side
(B) All the gears were stuck
(C) Application of WD-40 had little effect
(D) Due to its complicated mechanics there is NO HOPE ...

    SORRY - Only a donator for spare parts ???
