  This clock came in full wound, but
  not working. After disassembling, the
  clockwork had to be fixed in a vice
  and CAREFULLY "Step-by-Step" UNWIND
  by opening its ratchet (see left !)
  After cleaning & oiling: Adjust
  the clockwork so, that it works with
  only 2 wind-turns as seen above.
 
  Temporary replace hands to find the
  "Switching Condition" for DATE-CHANGE.
  Now place the DATE-HAND and the HANDS
  to ~10 minutes after midnight.
