According to the  " A C U - M A T H   E x p e r t s "  from the
International Slide Rule Museum  George E. Keane & Tom Dilatush
"This is the only wooden 1311 we have ever heard of ..."

On the right side of the slider is engraved  » US GOVERNMENT «.
The slide rule came with a leather case and a 16 page booklet
