On the left side is a  4" RULER  & on the right a  10 cm RULER.

The  HP  gift item  came in a  BLUE CASE  with a  BOOKLET.  The
"SR-Card"  holds  a pull-out  REFERENCE CARD  with  TABLES  for
electrical  & electronic  engineers.  On the  back side  of the
"SR-Card"  is a  REACTANCE MONOGRAPH.
