 EXAMPLE:  How many cubic yards of concrete in a wall 8"
           thick, 16' high and 76' long?
  ANSWER:  30 cubic yards.
SOLUTION:  Set 16' on scale B under 8" on scale A; read
           answer 30 on scale D under 76' on scale C
