The TRIGONOMETRIC SCALES  are divided in MINUTES(') & SECONDS(")

The slide rule came in black cardboard case.  On the back side
of the slide rule are US/Metric CONVERSION TABLES.  The bamboo
sides are held together with a metal sheet.

HEMMI introduced a year code, starts with  1950 = "A" ... 
and the month code starts with  January = "A" ...
This slide rule has the code "HA", means it is made in Jan. 1957
