HOW TO RESTORE THE DIAL-CENTER OF THE MONOPHONE
The picture shows parts of the disassembled dial center: The RING has
two "NOSES" (A) & (B). (A) folded out and (B) folded in. (A) fits in
SLOT (a) in the DIAL-WHEEL, "Nose" (B) get clipped by the LOCK-LEVER
in POSITION (b). To open the dial-center, use the TIP OF A KNIFE: Go
FROM CENTER UNDER THE RING, shift the LOCK-LEVER from position (b) at
"5/6" to position "6/7" as shown in the picture. Lift the ring with
the knife. The NUMBER CARD is shielded by an acrylic sheet, pressed
against the ring by the METAL SHEET (C). (C) is holded in the ring by
its "Thorn" and 2 "Dents" on the ring's periphery. To open it, ROTATE
all three layers (pressed w. thumb & index finger) until it is freed.
