Remarks to the Restoration Procedure:
**************************************************************************
 o  Aligned the bent left CRANK ...
 o  Cleaned & oiled; broken spring replaced; screws added/replaced ...
 o  Both HANDLES of the cranks right and left of the carrier were broken
    (see the original parts on the black back sheet) - New made out of
    black plastic distance cylinders, enforced with glued-on washers ...
 o  All DECIMAL MARKERS were missing - New made out of bronze strips ...
 o  All RUBBER FEET were detoriated - New made ...
 o  The "Transport Lock" = A lever to fix the carriage with a SCREW -
    Made with a HAT-NUT (right on front):  Now no tool necessary ...

 o  The BELL was lost - New made from a metalic medicine container ...

    The bell in the calculator indicates an "Overflow" or "Underflow"
    of the Arithmetic Unit.  It is special useful in the  DIVISION-
    PROCEDURE: It is not necessary to count or observe the sequence
    of subtractions! As soon as the bell chimes, an ADD-TURN has to
    be done and the carriage has to be SHIFTED ONE STEP to the left.
    Start the next sequence of subtractions... until the bell chimes!
