Left Keys = SUBTOTAL, TOTAL, NON-ADD, SUBTRACT ( top-to-down )
Right Key = REPEAT
ADDITION:
---------
Everytime a number is entered and the handle is pulled, the number
is added to the memory ( = DISPLAYED as SubTotal ) and printed.
RESET KEYBOARD:
---------------
If a wrong figure is entered in a column, repeat with the right
figure. To clear the keyboard: Push the [SUB-TOTAL] or [TOTAL] Key.
REPEAT:
-------
To enter the same number more than once, PUSH & LOCK the
[REPEAT] Key before pulling the handle. To release it, PULL the
[REPEAT] Key BEFORE the last cycle.
SUBTRACTION:
------------
To enter a negative number, push & hold the [SUBTRACT] Key
when pulling the handle.
SUBTOTAL:
---------
The cumulated sum will be printed when the [SUBTOTAL] Key is
pushed & hold when pulling the handle. The memory will hold the
actual sum after releasing the handle.
TOTAL:
------
The total sum will be printed when the [TOTAL] Key is pushed
& hold when pulling the handle. The memory will be cleared after
releasing the handle.
ID-NUMBERS:
-----------
An ID-Number can be entered and printed: Push & hold the
[NON-ADD] Key when pulling the handle. This input is not
registered in the arithmetic unit.
NEGATIVE RESULTS:
-----------------
A negative result will be printed as the COMPLEMENT of the next
higher 10, 100, 1000, ...
Example: -12.00 = 99988.00

H O W T O O P E N T H E C O V E R ?

(1st) Unscrew and remove the Ribbon Spools and the small Cover.
(2nd) Remove the 2 Screws under the Paper Feeder with an
"Angle"-Screwdriver.
(3rd) Pull out the 2 "Clamp"-Lever.
(4th) Lift the Paper Feeder Unit.
(5th) Remove the 2 * 3 Screws from the Cover-Sides.
(6th) Lift the Cover.
REMARK: Both RIBBON SPOOLS have to be wound COUNTER-CLOCKWISE
