R E M A R K S :

The scales of this  TEACHING  SLIDE RULE  are made of plastic.
Originally  the scales were glued  on a  cardboard/wood  frame.
Due to water damage the framework became  warped & moldy .
The scales are now mounted on a  NEW  FRAME  -  T H A N K S  to
the excellent work of the carpenter  ( and  Slide Rule Fan )
Mathias Globich.  He made the  new frame  in his spare time at
the shop - with the blessing of his boss  K.-P. Schrobsdorff.
I'm very grateful to the friendly people at the carpentry shop

Because the scales W1/W1' start at 1 and end at sqrt(10)
    and the scales W2/W2' start at sqrt(10) and end at 10
the  25 cm  NOVO-DUPLEX has the PRECISION of a 50 cm SlideRule
the 12.5 cm NOVO-DUPLEX has the PRECISION of a 25 cm SlideRule
