Besides other found and fixed errors ... ( eg. broken springs, bent 10s-Carry, worn-out levers, frictions, feet ... ) "WOW ... 12 * 12 = 144 with motor power !!!" ... BUT WORSE ... The "C.F." were worn out! Counter "Overflow" or "Underflow" blocked the system. For an easy test ALUMINUM STRIPS were glued on the "C.F."-Tips - IT WORKS !!! Now - AFTER ASSEMBLING / DISASSEMBLING - metal has to be soldered on ... BUT ... After filing it get obvious that it was not enough. NEXT STEP ... ... Pre-shaped BRONZE SHEETS were soldered on the "C.F."-Tips! |

The fine tuning of lenght and shape was difficult: If they are too long, they stop on the former tooth ... ... if too short, they don't push the next tooth ... Only the "right shape" in the "right angle" does it ... ... and has to do it in all switch positions of PLUS/MINUS and +/- |
