An OLDER VERSION of the TOUCH TONE TRIMLINE with ROUND KEYS ...

   

   

... has a LIGHT BULB instead of the LED and has to be powered by an
EXTERNAL TRANSFORMER  like the  »PRINCESS«  Telephone, but its
LIGHT BULB is  D I F F E R E N T  !  The DETAIL-PICTURE above shows
Light Bulb and Holder ( after removing Cover-Plate & Reflector ).

R E M A R K :

The keyboard  of the  O L D  TRIMLINE  is sensitive to the polarity
of the incomming wires.  If necessary,  exchange the ( RED, GREEN )
wires either in the outlet or in the telephone.

Henry Dreyfuss (1904-1972), a celebrated  industrial designer, gave
the 302, 500, PRINCESS  & TRIMLINE their style - He also designed
JohnDeere tractors, Hoover vacuum cleaners, and streamlined trains.
