"HOW TO MAKE A TOOL ?"

An ALUMINUM BASE is mounted with the back bottom screws & washers.
For stability a foot is added on its back side.
2 SIDES hold the U-SHAPED UNIT movable on a 4 mm brass pipe axle.
A BELT is made out of a STRIP OF SAND PAPER and mounted over
a BROAD RADIO KNOB and the MOTOR's CENTRIFUGAL SPEED-CONTROL.
The 8 mm ALU-PIPE has 2 HOLES for the 2 SCREWS of the RADIO KNOB.
With this screws the ALU-PIPE and the long inner 6 mm BRASS-PIPE
are fixed together to build the DRIVING AXLE.

Because the centrifugal speed-control is not circular
( it has a horse-shoe shape ! )
the DISTANCE VARIES and had to be made flexible:
The U-SHAPED UNIT CAN TILT on its 4 mm brass axle.
2 TENSION SPRINGS guarantee the permanent FRICTION of the BELT.

On both ends of the 6 mm DRIVING AXLE are THIN RADIO KNOBS
mounted for RIGHT- or LEFT-HANDLING.
